"Wonderful"
Its a lovely, cosy, romantic little hotel. In the middle of Downtown Key west. The garden is an urban jungle, the breakfast was exactly what we were expecting. We had an amazing stay. Also the personal was very helpful regarding restaurants, parking and the neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend.

I've stayed a few times now, and it's really such a wonderful spot. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool is beautiful and we love grabbing breakfast at Harpoon Harrys in the morning, and in the evening strolling to Duval.

I realised as soon as we were there we had paid over the odds for the room on booking.com! Paying in advance was more expensive than paying on the day which was annoying!

The grounds were beautiful. The staff were always friendly and professional. The coupons for the bakery next door was a nice touch. The air conditioning was awesome - so much so we actually turned it down. Bed was very comfortable.

Perfect location, walking distance to all major attractions without being right in the middle of it all. We felt very safe on the premises and in the neighborhood. Plenty of street parking, quiet at night, and a lovely bakery on the corner. We were there to do marine activities so we really appreciated the proximity to the waterfront. We also loved Date & Thyme, an organic market one block away where we enjoyed delicious smoothies and food multiple times during our stay! The front desk staff were wonderful. In fact all the staff were very friendly. I was offered an upgrade to a studio and it was adorable. We had plenty of room to spread out and retreat during the midday heat. They also provided great food recommendations (not just the same tourist traps that everyone goes to). Additionally they offered to hold our bags for us at check out so we could grab some lunch and veg out by the pool with the few hours of time between check out and our flight. We really appreciated that there were two separate pools. It never felt crowded, and we were always able to find towels and lounge chairs. Although its a smaller area, it was filled in nicely with beautiful, tropical landscaping to provide shade and sun protection.

We've been to Key West a dozen times and this is our favorite place to stay. Very clean, excellent location, close to the seaport/marina, and only a few blocks from Duval. A quiet little oasis!

Thank goodness for effective AC in such a humid climate. The dehumidifier in the room did it's job. The bed was super comfortable!
